Cancellations are free of charge up to <strong>four weeks<\/strong> before arrival. For <strong>Christmas<\/strong> and <strong>New Year\u2019s<\/strong>, this period is extended to 6 weeks before arrival. <strong>A deposit of 50% of the total price is required for bookings over Christmas and New Year\u2019s<\/strong>. For cancellations made later, we will charge 80% of the accommodation price for the entire stay.
